Fifteen Cornwall at the Idle Rocks – all for a good cause
Join us at The Idle Rocks, for a culinary charity evening on 12th March, with all profits going to the Fifteen Cornwall Apprentice Programme.
We will be presenting a five course set menu from 7.15pm on Saturday 12th March priced at £75 per person which includes a glass of Knightor sparkling wine on arrival.
Using the very best of local and seasonal ingredients, Fifteen Cornwall at The Idle Rocks will showcase culinary excellence in Italian and modern British food, whilst raising awareness for Fifteen Cornwall’s charity work with young people across Cornwall.
The evening will see chefs from Fifteen Cornwall, join forces with head chef at The Idle Rocks, Guy Owen and his team, to serve a five course tasting menu with both restaurants presenting dishes throughout the evening. The main course will be presented by The Idle Rocks’ Senior Chef de Partie, Matthew Macdonald, a graduate of Fifteen Cornwall who was given the Personal Development Award in 2013.
The menu will emphasise local suppliers, with dishes including; Cornish shellfish, parsley, lemon and bisque; Agnolotti of short rib with a lobster ragu; and Amedei hot chocolate, blood orange semi freddo and pistachio. There is also an optional wine flight priced at £35.00 per person.
