Eat Up: Pasta Perfecto with Gennaro Contaldo
Join us on 28 November for an exclusive evening of Pasta Perfecto with the master of pasta Gennaro Contaldo. Fantastic friend to Jamie Oliver, Fifteen Cornwall and supporter of our chef Training Programme.
This specially created four course menu is a collaboration of dishes from Gennaro and our very own Head Chef Adam Banks. Dishes include wild garlic garganelli with slow cooked rabbit and mushroom and walnut tortelloni from Gennaro’s new book Pasta Perfecto.
As well as a four course menu, this exclusive evening includes a live interview with Gennaro and book signing of his new book ‘Pasta Perfecto’, a copy of which is included in the ticket price for every guest.
