Caption: One of the small batch ones produced by Vinetloper – ‘Touriga Nacional’: this grape is thought to have originated from the Dao region of Portugal and is commonly used as blending grape in Port wine, however it has recently been used to create red wines. This wine from Vinetloper has a complex flavour yet medium bodied style. From a single vineyard, grown on 22 year old vines in the Langhorne Creek region of South Australia. Left in contact with skins for 28 days then matured in 50% French & 50% American oak for 15 months.
