As we re-open our doors after our annual January refresh, we’re introducing a brand new Fifteen Menu. Available at lunch and dinner, the Fifteen Menu is brimming with old favourites and innovative new dishes created by Head Chef Adam Banks and his team.
Try selected dishes from the Fifteen Menu at lunch with 2 courses for £22 or 3 courses for £27, paired as ever with our stunning views and fabulously, revitalised restaurant interior.

Start as you mean to go on with Italian Antipasti: Giant Puglian olives, handcrafted Cornish bread, seasonal bruschetta and Josper-grilled lamb scottadito are a few of the ways to whet your appetite.
Small Plates from the best of the season’s produce, right now starring fresh clementines, creamy Italian burrata with radicchio castelfranco and buckwheat, or ash-roasted beets with our own goat’s curd. Dive into our St Austell Bay mussels with bruschetta or enjoy the quintessentially Italian, Prosciutto di San Daniele with globe artichokes dressed in lemon and mint.
Whether you consider pasta to be a starter or the centrepiece of your meal, our fresh pasta is hand rolled, filled and served with ever-evolving flavour combinations, inspired by timeless Italian heritage and our own Cornish produce. Pasta & Risotto are still comforting and warming at this time of year, with rich sauces such as slow cooked beef cheek ragu or fresh and crunchy with squid and pangratatto.
Large Plates make meat and fish the star of the show, with Phillip Warren Westcountry rib-eye, Josper-grilled lamb and fresh locally caught fish. Vegetarians will celebrate our Roasted celeriac with Old Winchester, potato, kale & hazelnut gremolata. Add to your main with a classic Contorni: Inzimino di Ceci, borlotti bean, Italian winter leaves and Biancoperla polenta.
Pastry chef Mariana Chaves has designed new Desserts around our seasonal produce, with blood orange parfait and poached rhubarb for the fruity and mousse for chocolate-lovers.
