In Cornwall we are so lucky to be surrounded by so many farms, small holdings and artisan businesses, all offering great quality produce; not to mention the fresh seafood we have on our doorstep.

Here at Fifteen Cornwall we only use the best ingredients available which is why our menus aren’t the cheapest but the flavours and quality mean you are getting value for your money as you are getting the best of the best local produce.

Here’s some more information about our suppliers, we think they deserve some credit for all the hard work and love they put into creating their delicious products.

Cornish butchers who farm and work closely with local farmers providing meat which is fed on grass, aged on the bone – meat as nature intended

Newlina Eco Gardens

Newlina Eco-Gardens  grow salads, vegetables and herbs, they supply our Zucchini flowers and other vegetables   They are also a Social Enterprise reaching out to inspire people about eco-logical gardening, using their natural environment and are creating a wild garden on  site in a one acre field, where they are trying to re-create wild habitat and eventually offer wild food to their customers without endangering precious wildlife habitats which can be depleted by over-foraging

6th generation farmer and former Stein’s head-chef, Ross Geach provides tasty, high quality vegetables.  He also runs kitchen garden courses.

St Enodoc Asparagus

Providing fresh asparagus for the short season.  Grown naturally and uncovered in a field.  Asparagus at it’s best!

Fine cheeses including many Cornish varieties

Luxury sorbets & ice cream with milk taken from their own Friesian dairy herd

Source their milk off farms within just 30 miles of their creamery, from farmers with high welfare standards and cows who graze freely for up to 10 months of the year. They supply us with milk, cream, ricotta & mascarpone

We get our butter from this company who make it with milk used from happy, healthy cows

Coffee:

Sourcing traceable, sustainable specialty coffee

Breweries & Distilleries:

Produced in small batches in Cornwall, handcrafted in a traditional copper still using locally sourced Cornish spring water and a closely guarded list of twelve of the finest botanicals sourced from around the world

A fresh new award-winning independent microbrewery, based in one of the most popular towns in Cornwall. We offer a small range of artisan beers available in cask and bottles

Microbrewery based in Penryn, who produce over a dozen high quality, handcrafted artisan beers using ingredients from all over the globe

Beers brewed with time honoured brewing techniques using only the finest quality ingredients

A family company handcrafting Gin and Pastis in tiny batches (the old-fashioned way) by the coast of north Cornwall, using a special, flame-fired, copper pot still called Tamara, goddess of the Tamar
