If you want to return or exchange something for any reason at all you have up to 28 days to return the item to us from the date of dispatch. As long as we receive the returned item in a saleable condition with the original packaging we will arrange the refund or exchange within 30 days.

Returned and exchanged items are returned at your expense. We recommend that items being returned be sent via insured, trackable delivery as they are your responsibility until they arrive with us.

Returned gift items have to be refunded to the original purchaser.

Please note the following exceptions apply; sale items need to be returned within seven days of receipt. Fresh food products and magazines are not returnable because of their short shelf-life.

Damaged items

We think that it is unlikely you should receive any faulty goods as each item is carefully checked before packaging.

But if this were the case then we would refund you for the return postage (please ensure a receipt is enclosed) and on receipt will send you a replacement immediately.

If your items are damaged during the mailing process we will happily arrange a replacement to be sent on our receipt of the damaged goods.

The damaged goods would need to be returned along with all the original packaging.

We would also refund you the cost of the return postage as long as you provide a receipt.
