Our Fifteen Menu celebrates the fresh flavours spring brings and dishes brighten up any grey day. Choose Prosciutto di San Daniele with broad bean salsa, pickled onion, lemon zest, mint and Cornish leaves, first of the season asparagus with panzanella of picked baby gem, capers, mint and brown butter aioli.
